6. Terms and Conditions Of Orders
6.1 In compliance with British law, you can cancel an order within seven (7) days of placing that order. If, however, you have received the goods, then:
6.1.1 they must be returned at your cost
6.1.2 they must be received by us within three (3) days of your notifying us of your intention to cancel
6.1.3 they must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell the goods.
If these conditions are not met, then the request to cancel will not be valid, and will not be processed.
6.2 You can return purchases to get a full refund within seven (7) days of receiving them. However, the item(s):
6.2.1 must be returned at your cost
6.1.2 must be received by us within seven (7) days of your receiving them
6.1.3 must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell them.
If these conditions are not met, then your attempt to return them will not be valid.
6.3 Garn Goch CIC reserves the right not to accept any order within forty eight (48) hours of the order being placed at its absolute discretion. Garn Goch CIC does not need to provide any reasons for not accepting the order, but will do so in most circumstances.
7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Garn Goch CIC may add to or change these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility as a user to refer to these terms and conditions on accessing this website. Changes will be effective immediately after posting to this website and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access this website after that time.
8. Material Submitted by Users
8.1 In the event that any element of this website contains material submitted by users, Garn Goch CIC shall not accept any responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material and the views expressed are not necessarily those of Garn Goch CIC.
